Rain or shine. All ticket sales are final. No refunds. In the case of a cancellation, tickets will be valid on the rescheduled date. Refunds will be issued if a rescheduled date does not take place within 180 days. 

No pets - DOGS ARE NOT allowed anywhere on the Festival grounds, campgrounds, or parking lots/cars. Only service animals as defined by the ADA Guidelines and permitted. No glass, weapons of any kind, unapproved vending, unapproved amplified music, drones or professional videotaping. No outside alcohol anywhere except at your campsite. Attendees must obey all Federal, State, and County laws. 

The Tico Time Bluegrass Festival, cannot guarantee or give customer service to tickets purchased from unauthorized 3rd party resellers (Individuals or brokers). 

The Tico Time Bluegrass Festival and its affiliates are not responsible for loss, damages, or personal injury. All attendees and participants must sign the Tico Time waiver. Confirmation of the waiver being signed will be required for entry. 

BUSES N BLUEGRASS VW BUS CAMP: All VW buses arriving include a FREE Tamarindo Camping Vehicle Pass ($80 value).  See the rules and info about those Vehicle Passes below.

SINGLE DAY TICKETS MAY BE SOLD IF FESTIVAL DOES NOT SELL OUT OF 4 DAY ADMISSIONS

FULL HOOK UP RV SITES                                                                                               

35' x 65' Full Hook Up RV or Group Tent Camping Site includes water, septic, and electric.  RV site includes 1 RV Site Vehicle Pass.  Each additional vehicle requires an Extra RV Site Vehicle Pass.  RV Sites are for a specific site #.
